Perfect gateway house right on the river
5/5 Our family needed a home base for a week while visiting family and doing some tourism at the same time and this was the perfect location. The house is right on the river, with wonderful view of the Susquehanna. Great and friendly communication from the host. Plenty of space of a large family, with comfy beds. Saving the listing for our next visit in the area!

Beautiful Susquehanna
4/5 Nice property right on the river with beautiful sunsets. There's a high top table on the deck, but unfortunately only one chair because the second one was broken. We had to sit in lower chairs (that we brought along with us) which gave us a view below the railing and was obstructed. Also, the write up says 2 electric fireplaces. They are actually propane which is better but we couldn't keep the one lit that we tried. Upon leaving, I noticed that there was an old bird's nest in the exhaust vent of the fireplace...seems like a big safety issue!
