Wonderful stay!
5/5 Had a great time. Property is clean, and the location is perfect. Super close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Owner was helpful. Place was spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for everything! I hope to stay again!

Pros and cons
4/5 Great location from the beach ( about less than 1 block). Awesome that it is pet friendly ( they are hard to come by!!) Place was easy to check into. Key was in a lock box in the closet next to the sliding glass doors which is the only entrance/exit. It could use some fixing up but i have noticed pet friendly units don’t care for the space as well as others. Screen door was non functional ( screen was torn out). Wall AC unit was in the main kitchen /living room area and also one in the “master” bedroom. The second bedroom had no fan or AC unit making it significantly warmer. Luckily no one had to sleep in there. The fire stick remotes / tv remotes had no working batteries, when we did find batteries ( from ac remote) we came to find the one fire stick remote was not working at all ( living room) so we couldn’t put on the TV. I emailed the management company about stains on the carpet and all other issues. I did not receive an email back but she did show up in person the next day with batteries and supplies to try and fix the broken stools. This is not a luxurious place to stay but close enough to a great beach where I could overlook other things. I don’t really appreciate the cleaning fee charge and a damage waiver charge because when I arrived there was dog hair on the couch and broken furniture. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t care too much about the hair but we are paying for a cleaning fee and if we are each paying a damage waiver , well fix the damage . Hope this helps !

2/5 This property had a great location, 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. It fell short with it's upkeep, it really could be so much better - furniture needed mending, carpets -cleaning, decking upkeep, electrical ...worst part was a property manager that didn't answer calls and finally called to ask if we were supposed to have vacated a day before our contract was completed-without asking about the electrical issue. :(
