A gem in the city
5/5 This is a hidden gem in the city. The home is very well quipped with Old Baltimore charm. There are lots of ammennities right in the home. Despite being in the city if felt very safe and secure. It is close to the highway for driving yet public transportation is right at the front door if traveling by foot. Great for families.

A Fantastic Getaway
5/5 My family and I were in town to visit family. We wanted to feel at home and comfortable while still enjoying our vacation and visiting the city. There were so many things to do right at the house that there were no complaints even on the days we stayed in. The home is very well equipped, better than many luxury hotels I've stayed in. I would certainly book again. Don't miss this gem that has easy access to the highway for travel or easy enough for public transportation, right at your door.
Baltimore House
3/5 House was ok overall. Amenities provided were good and we had everything we needed in the home. We had a few issues but the property management team was prompt in attending to and resolving the issues.

Property was everything we were looking for during our trip.
5/5 Place was clean, updated, and had great amenities. Rental management and homeowners were top notch. We loved the backyard living space. We also loved the in ground pool and hot tub. We had some minor issues with the pool lights not working or figuring out how to get them to go on. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the property and wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.

Baltimore house
3/5 The pool is gorgeous but it was too cold to really enjoy it. The hot tub jets didn't work for us. The outdoor kitchen is amazing. The mini golf, pool table, darts and games were a great entertainment. The bedrooms were all very nice.

We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them right away. During our contact with you, you only mentioned enjoying your stay but didn't present any concerns. After your departure, you mentioned the hot tub issue. Immediately, we had a staff member to inspect the hot tub and confirmed that all jets were operable. A video was sent to confirm that both pumps were activated for maximum flow along with instructions on how to operate the tub but didn't receive any reply. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
