Overall, we had a lovely stay here! We were so thankful to find a home that allows dogs. We loved the backyard/patio area. The bedrooms were more spacious than we thought they would be, and the king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The owner was great with communication and even checked in with us when we were predicted to get bad weather. The owner was very pleasant to talk to!

This was a great stay. The home was clean and tidy when we arrived other than the previous people who stayed did not clean the coffee maker nor empty the bathroom trash. The beds were made and comfortable and fresh towels out. We made great use of the silverware and plates that were available and cooked as well, since we had brought some of our own food for the refrigerator. Thankful there was dish soap and a sponge for us to use. I was worried that the beds wouldn’t be comfortable but were. Plenty of beds for our family of 6. In the photos the old sofas didn’t look comfortable at all but surprisingly were. It is a very quaint little beach cottage and served the purpose it needed for us to spend on the cape. There is available outdoor space and table/chairs out there to use which we didn’t utilize. The outdoor shower was great for getting sand off. The lawn is lackluster which might bother some, but we didn’t care. We appreciated the Roku TV in 3 rooms but didn’t even use them. It’s in a great location (you will hear street traffic so just know that) and we absolutely loved walking down to South Village Beach to see the sunset (15 min walk). West Dennis Beach was only a 30 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Cute and comfortable!

Great location! The cottage is clean, comfortable and incredibly well maintained. My family and I had a great time! We will definitely be back.
Other than the outside being a bit less well kept than in pictures (was mowed part way though week, some chipping paint etc) this was a great place to stay! It is on a main road, but nice little neighborhood and sidewalks make South Village beach walkable as well as Dunkin and Kreme N Kone. The house was very clean, had little extras such a few board games, pots and pains, spices (no condiments such as ketchup or butter which some homes have fyi if you’re staying here), air conditioning, and washer and dryer accessible. Communication with Evolve was easy, and hosts left a book with all needed instructions. We would definitely stay here again!!

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and well stocked. It was more spacious than we thought it was going to be, which was a pleasant surprise. The property managers were quick to respond to any issues and were very helpful. The property is a quick drive to Hyannis or Harwich Port for shopping and activities. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
