Fantastic Vacation Retreat
5/5 This was our third year leasing the property. More updates were completed this year including a salt water pool and new AC system. Ed and his wife are very hospitable and they can be easily contacted if necessary, however, we have never needed anything extra while staying there. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. The basement has an air hockey and pool table for rainy days. The feature we like best is the private, heated salt water pool. It provides many hours of fun and relaxation for the entire family. Our youngest grandson who is two and a half, learned to swim in the pool this year. We will take many memories from this vacation into the year ahead and look forward to returning to this private retreat next year.

Great family House
5/5 This was the second year we stayed at the house. It’s a wonderful vacation home for families. The in-ground heated pool, swing set, large back yard and cul-de-sac location are perfect amenities for families with lots of room indoors and outdoors to stretch out. The owner is very nice and responsive to any questions or requests. We had a great vacation!

Nice, quiet, relaxing beutiful home
5/5 The home was beutiful! It is on a quiet cul de sac. Built in heated pool, new play set, pool table, air hockey table, poker table. This home is made to accommodate all age groups to have fun! Well manicured yard with a fire pit also. There are board games, pool toys, floats etc..The owners of the property are not rich snobs, just down to earth people that want you to enjoy your vacation! They even communicate via text to make sure your vacation is going well!! Well worth the money! We would definitely rent from them again. I, we highly recommend you renting from them also!

Peaceful and wonderful getaway
5/5 Our family of 6 had an outstanding time for the week we were there - we were able to seclude ourselves (during COVID) and enjoy a quiet, relaxing week in Mashpee. We were welcomed in person to show us how to get in the house and a bottle of wine was left as well with information about the surrounding area making us feel very welcome. The house had just been cleaned thoroughly which was very comforting. The house was very comfortable with room for all of us and the pool was amazing. It was clean, heated, and there were chairs for everyone. We spent hours in it and around it everyday. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the hammock, the playground, the deck and the grill as well. It was really perfect. And the house is set on a cul-de-sac which offers both the utmost privacy and a perfect large circle for the kids to bike on. It's close to stores, restaurants, etc so we were never without essentials. The owners were available for anything but we didn't need a thing all week. Thank you for such a wonderful time away during such a stressful period.
