- The property is located in Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort
- Upon entering the resort, take the first left onto Mountainside Drive
- Follow the road toward the left and continue straight (you’ll pass the Wyndham Bentley Brook on your right)
- Pass 2 streets on the left side and then turn left up a small but steep hill that curves to the right into the cul-de-sac
- 9031 is in the corner on the right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- You are welcome to text Guest Contact to request early access
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation, then press the red button
- To lock the door, press the red button on the keypad
- Access instructions for the resort amenities are in the Welcome Book
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you need the portable crib
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Place trash & recycling inside the trash shed (exit the cul-de-sac, drive downhill, make 2nd right, follow around to the brown shed on the left side)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade
- Place dirty towels in bathtubs
- Return the thermostats you raised down to 60 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please remove your shoes upon entering the house (we suggest you bring slippers)
- Please do not bring in any glitter, permanent marker, or other toys that can damage our home
- Please bring your sheets for guests who may wet the bed. If an accident occurs, please immediately wash the sheets. Extra sheets are in the closets
- Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden
- Never leave garbage on the front porch/back deck. It will attract bugs & animals
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network are in the Welcome Book and posted in the condo
