Comfortable family house
4/5 The house was clean, comfortable and pleasant! We especially appreciated the charming upper story 4-bed room and the lovely screened porch/three-seasons room where we enjoyed eating meals and playing board games. We had a nice visit and would recommend the house. Just two issues kept this from being a 5-star experience. The first is easily remedied: more towels! Since the listing said towels were provided we only brought beach towels, which was a big mistake. The provided towels were far too few (for example, no hand towels at all!) The second issue was unavoidable: one of the two bathrooms is a "captive" bathroom accessible only through the queen bedroom. So when anyone in that bedroom is asleep or has the door closed for privacy, the house becomes functionally one-bathroom.

Lovely family house in Eastham
5/5 What a nice spot! We spent a lot of time in the sun room and ate all our meals there. Relatively equipped kitchen, plenty of space for parents, grandparents, and kids. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches in Eastham. Quiet and comfortable.

Perfect Location
5/5 This property is the perfect location on Cape Cod. We have family in Orleans and this property was less than 15 minutes away. Getting the surrounding areas (P- Town, Chatham, Harwich) took no time at all due to the central location. The Cape Cod potato chip light house was literally across the street (with a couple turns!). We were there in November, so beaches were not on our list to do, but the ease and access would be perfect in the summer months. This property is extremely well maintained and very clean. We hope to stay again in the summer months. Highly recommend!

EVERYTHING included
5/5 This house was perfect for our family. The owners thought of everything from a VERY well-stocked kitchen- even had coffee for the coffee maker! And welcoming treats, too (I don't want to give away any secrets). There were plenty of blankets and my boys loved the upstairs. The sunroom was perfect for our morning and evenings together. There were many different board games- which my family loves.The shed included chairs, an umbrella and more. We had some serious corn hole matches.When we had a questions, the owners were super quick, patient, and kind. Also, being a mile from a lovely beach was amazing. My boys skimboarded there everynight.
