Everything meet our needs. The only negative I can say was that there was a musty smell, not sure if it was a combination of cleaning fluid and mildew?

We had no communication with the property owners throughout the process other than what was coordinated through VRBO and a sheet provided when we arrived. The property was nice and the bathrooms were on par with a Best Western. I realize that it is well documented that towels and linens are not provided, but planning for a 30 day trip across the NE will cause such notifications to be missed. There should be some minimum requirements for anyone providing accommodations at premium prices and towels/linens should be on this list. Given that we stayed 2 days, purchased our own essentials, cleaned our area and took out the trash, I'm happy to report that Evolve also managed to ensure we had an eye-opening cleaning fee. For minimal expense, Evolve could refocus on providing customer hospitality rather than ensuring maximum profitability.

We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

The property was as advertised in the very nice Oceans Edge Resort. We enjoyed our stay overall. The Brewster area is terrific. The condo is nicely appointed but was very dirty. The couch and beds had not been cleaned under in a long time so we took care of that. After an hour or so the first day of walking in the condo our feet were black so we mopped the entire tile area and bathrooms. The condo also had an ant and spider issue we dealt with each day of the stay. The back outdoor patio had to be cleaned off of leaves and spider webs before using. One bathroom ceiling fan was filthy so we cleaned it. Many light bulbs were out so we replaced them. Both bathroom showers are tired and need the tile replaced. There was some mold on one shower ceiling. Could be a nice place, owners just need a heart to heart with their cleaning service.

This is a tough place to review as the there were good and bad aspects of the stay. Days before we checked-in I had sent 2 separate emails to the contact person and both went unanswered. When we got to the place, the cleaning lady was leaving so when we walked in there was a distinct smell of cleaning products which was a good thing. That smell later wore off and was replaced with kind of a musty odor. Overall, the place was pretty clean with the exception of the AC units which were COVERED in black mold. We did not use the bedroom units because of this. You do not receive bed linens or towels for your stay. I knew this beforehand but was still a little weird. Part of the room fee was +$200 in cleaning fees although I do not know what that fee covered....we left the place very clean (as explicitly instructed or there would be "additional fees imposed"). I called our contact person Jeneen to ask about pool hours. She did not know the answer at the time and said she would get back to me. It took almost 24 hours and 2 additional text messages to get an answer. The pool area is great as well as the staff. The place provides pots, pans, silverware, dishes and many other kitchen essentials. Overall, the place is fine but not sure I'd stay again.

We confirm that there is no mold issue in the AC as it is thoroughly cleaned after each guest and functions well. Communication is highly important to us and we ensure to immediately respond to any concerns when guests reach out. If there are any questions or concerns, it's more effective to contact the on-site Manager by phone instead of text or email - especially on a Saturday. To ensure efficiency, there is a laminated document in the condo with detailed hours and accessibility to the facilities. From past guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments as we do all we can to make the best possible stay and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We booked this condo thru VBRO. , as it was on a golf course. Nowhere did it explain that golf was not available to us, because the condo owner did not belong to the resort. The Evolve team did not reply for a few days. By then I called the resort office for an explanation. When Evolve team finally called back the woman promised to find comparable golf course etc. They never did. If Evolve is involved with your rental, run. The condo itself was wonderful, as was their employees.
