The location of this property was the selling point for us. The beds were uncomfortable and the property is in sore need of updating. There was no soap provided in bathrooms. The microwave was filthy. I did find kitchen cleaner to wash it out.

Mark, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of this home. Mattress comfort is extremely personal and subjective and although these mattresses are new, we're sorry that they were not to your liking. There is soap provided in each bathroom, with additional supplies stored in the cabinets and the laundry room. We're sorry for the issues you experienced with the microwave, the homeowners will ensure that it is cleaned for future guests. As mentioned in previous reviews, the owners try for perfection and do all they can to make it the best possible stay. We look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Best, the Evolve Team

Our stay was great and the location was as well. There were a few baby spiders and dead roaches in the house, but nothing too crazy. At least they were dead. All the rooms had everything we needed. I would have loved to have a few other basic kitchen items. Cooking oil, maybe butter, ketchup. Not a huge deal as we went to the grocery store after we unpacked, but I usually take all groceries directly to the house upon arrival.
