  Owner called the day of check in and said they had to move us to another unit because of tenants before us who brought a dog and it smelled from it urinating in the unit. I was told it would be the same layout as the one I originally booked. It was, however, it was not furnished with as much as the original had. This one did not have tvs in the bedrooms, not even a side table by the bed in one of the rooms. The bathrooms did not look as though they were cleaned by professionals. There was hair on the counters, the rugs were not vacuumed. No patio furniture on the patio to sit on. No curtains on the bedroom windows. The couch was very small. I know the owner had to put us in this other unit because the one we originally booked smelled of dog urine and I totally get that but it needed furnished and cleaned properly before putting us in there.

  The space worked great for our stay during our softball tournament. Clean and no frills, basic and exactly what we needed.

• Perfect stay

  The apartment was perfect. Ty was an excellent point of contact, we had all of our answers and information prior to arriving. He followed up to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything, we will definitely be using his services in the future.
