  The location of the property was great. The pictures are little deceiving in room sizes. The bunkbed mattresses were little uncomfortable. The sport complex was little disappointing as none of the equipment was properly woeking. The master bathroom had no hot water. The theater didnt work.

  - The photos reflect the actual layout of the home, but we understand how perspective can sometimes make spaces appear larger
  - Mattress taste is subjective, and we’ve never received complaints about the bunkbeds in the past, but we’re sorry they didn’t meet your comfort preferences and will take a closer look
  - We double-checked both the theater setup and the hot water in the master bathroom and found them working properly, but we’ll continue to monitor both to ensure future guests don’t experience any issues
  - We confirmed there are two air pumps in the sports complex and are checking over all equipment to make sure everything’s in good shape

  Our stay was in the off-season, so I can't speak much to the outdoor accomodations; but the house and furnishings suites our needs.Management was hands-off, and check-in was very easy.Never needed to contact property management, so can't speak to that.Overall great.Would potentially stay again.

• Great space for family gathering

  The house was spacious with lots of areas for our large family (9 kids aged 9 - 14) to spread out and enjoy different activities in different areas. Adults and kids were all able to enjoy each other's company without being in each other's way. We loved the rural setting, too, so we were never worried about the kids being too loud for the neighbors. We had a mild setback when we first arrived, as the house was not ready on time (due to prior guests). While this was frustrating, the host was very responsive and offered a small credit for the inconvenience. He was helpful throughout the entire stay whenever we had questions about finding extra linens, etc. This was a meet up of four families to enjoy Christmas together and we would absolutely consider coming to the same house again in the future.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, with entertainment for the entire family. The property wasn't far from stores, but all grocery stores were closed on Christmas Day. We had to go out to purchase toilet paper towels and garbage bags. :( The kitchen is missing a blender and mixer. Essential items were delivered just before we departed.
