    This was a great rental, near the beach, well equipped kitchen, lots of "beach extras." Check in was very smooth. Parking easy. Nice different levels of outdoor sitting area as well.

    Hi David, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We wanted to follow up on your comments about the A/C:
    - The owners set the temperature to 73 degrees, which is much cooler than the Dept of Energy recommends for indoors during the summer
    - However, they would have been happy to work with you, if you had let them know during your stay that you weren't comfortable
    - Since the home is less than a block from the lake, guests can also open the windows at night to take advantage of the cooler air, which was in the high 50s during your stay
    You can see from other guest feedback that the owners go above and beyond to provide a 5-star experience for their guests, and we're confident that they'll continue to do so moving forward!

    We have been coming to the Miller Beach House since 2014. The new owners have really stepped up the game with new furnishings and paint. It is so close to the beach that it is easy to come and go back and forth several times a day.We love the deck above the garage and watched the fireworks on the 4th from that perch. It is certainly a bonus that we could see the lake from the deck.The gas grill was great for cooking to keep the heat out of the house.The kitchen is better equipped and the appliances are top-notch..Thank you for another great family vacation!

    Our group of 3 adults and 4 kids had a great time! We will definitely be back to Miller Beach! The house was clean, full of the amenities listed, and included some beach items. The sunroom was perfect for mornings and evenings, the proximity to the beach was wonderful, and the community was quite and safe.
