Let me preface by saying that if you’re traveling with, no children, and planning to just be out in the city and just need somewhere to sleep…this may be perfect for you. It was not “cozy” as described in the description. We have two small children, the steps to the unit are rotted, just a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. Some windows had screens some did not. Blinds broken and pieces left on the window sill. The floors were filthy. There were ants, dust and spider webs. The tub did not function as the stopper did not work. We have small children so I try to book properties that have access to tubs. This property lists a tub but we could not use it. I contacted Evolve about it and never received a reply, at the very least an apology for the inconvenience. I never heard anything from them so didn’t even bother messaging them again. There were stains on the sheets of one of the twin beds. So we went ahead and pulled that off. Also, we were a set of towels short. I let the contact know and we received towels and rags from bed bath and beyond…in the bag, just purchased (not washed). I contacted Evolve about the tub and the floors but never heard anything…an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice but absolutely nothing. No response of any kind. This is the fourth property I’ve booked through Vrbo…and this by far has been the worst. It did not make for a comfortable, restful stay.
