  We only stayed two night before we packed up and left.The place was fllthy. The tracks on the inside windows and sliding glass havent been cleaned in years.The kitchen has stains on the ceiling and the walls. Looks like the backsplash and walls in the kitchen were filthy. Their werent towels in the kitchen to be able to do dished and wash hands.The floor between kitchen the sitting room had tape on it to hide the infections of the floor. Their were amazo packages pilled up in the living room. The front closet had host shoes and belongings.The rooms werent acceptable either. One bedroom had the bed right on the floor ( no bed frame). The lighting up stairs was awful. Main bedroom you had to turn on the closet light to see anything in the bedroom. The closet had host belongs handing in there. The second bedroom dresser was filled with belongs for the place. No where to put own clothes. This was a long stay property. The dresser should be empty.The towels were visable present on which one to use. If the closest and dresser was filled with belongs how were we suppose to know what was good to use. This property looked like someone just packed up their essentials and left. They was no presentation for a welcoming and comfortable stay. I put in my concerns and never received a response. I called three times. Im still expecting a refund.

  This property “resembles” the photos, but once we entered we were greeted by 80 degree air that smelled absolutely horrible. The place was dark, dingy, dirty… holes in the carpet, scraped up walls, even a spot on a wall upstairs between bedrooms that had to have blood splattered on it… fans didn’t work, nasty ring in the tub.. just overall GROSS!!! We left within 10 minutes. We asked the owner, who was there, why it was dirty and smelled so bad and she said “it’s the vinegar mix I use to clean the floors”… which were not clean. I told here politely that this property is misrepresented and that we could not stay here due to the smell, and we left, called VRBO and issued a complaint. They sent us to the property manager EVOLVE - who, because we didn’t film a documentary of how nasty the place was, would NOT issue us a refund due to “lack of proper DOCUMENTATION”…Renter beware. The neighborhood looks nice, but once inside it’s a different story. I wish the inside was as the pictures suggest, but the property condition is very poorly misrepresented. I imagine they will see this review, remove the listing, and re-list under a different property ID. If staying in this area, and if you do book, be sure to have your camera on and ready to record otherwise you will not receive any assistance in refund when you cancel your stay… BEWARE!!!

• Great Neighborhood

  Place is nice very good location for what we needed. Living room is bigger than the pictures online. The house and neighborhood were so quiet. The house itself is a little run down probably from others renting not taking care of the place. There was a little stain on the carpet. Some of the outlets didn't work, but it waws no big deal you just used the one next to it. I am a cleaner, so I am very particular about other people's houses including my own. So that being stated she needs to find someone else to help clean the house.
