The good the bad and the ugly
2/5 First off the good, the house is in a great little neighborhood with a park and about 25 minutes from the water and about 90 minutes to downtown.
The bad, i think i have about 40 texts from the owners another several email from the management company and so on it was a little over the top. If you are staying and plan to have people over for a dinner or get together you will get your phone blown up. The listing is a 3 bedroom but if you dare to have a couple people over you will get a nasty email.
The ugly, damage all over the house, the grill is about to fall through the deck, there were bugs all over the house, when we got there, there was rotting food in the cabinet. Water spots in several parts of the house. The house needs some work. And right when you get to the house make sure you document damage.
But overall if they fix up the house some it could be a gem.

Hi Justin, we passed your review on to the homeowner, who would like to share the following:
-It appears there was some dissatisfaction regarding the booking, which was made for three people but ended up including seven guests. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we have a maximum occupancy limit of four people. These policies are in place to protect the guests, future guests, and the property.
-While we acknowledge that there are ongoing improvements to be made, the concerns raised in the review do not indicate anything beyond what we are already aware of and addressing.
-The guest claimed that the visitors were only there for dinner; however, they arrived with suitcases and pillows, indicating they intended to stay. We have uploaded evidence to support this.
-While we strive to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, we kindly request that they respect the house rules and treat the property with care. Unfortunately, in this instance, the guest was found to be in violation of basic house rules by bringing additional individuals beyond what was indicated in the reservation. We made accommodations for these extra guests for the night, and they departed the following morning. This unexpected situation caused considerable inconvenience and distress for our team.
-Additionally, the statements about bugs all over the house, water spots, and the grill falling apart are incorrect. The grill, although older, is fully functional and was recently used without any issues. There was no rotting food, water spots, or bug infestation.
We truly do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
