  The pictures make the house look absolutely adorable but they aren't very accurate. The carpet in the living room has major stains (big and dark), there was a layer of dust on much of the furniture, a large yellow stain on the wall in the bathroom, seriously stained and fraying towels, dryer lint trap was full of lint, dog poop in the yard... Beyond that the freezer was not fully hooked up - no filter installed to use the in fridge water dispenser or make ice. There was also a lack of typical amenities such a pen/paper, can opener and coffee mugs. The final downside was the road noise. The road the house is on is a busy, 3 lane, one-way street that people drive down like they're on the freeway vs a residential street. The noise wasn't so bad on the weekend but during the week it was rough sleeping in the front bedroom; recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, location was great. I will say there was plenty of space in the home and would be great for a larger family with three bedrooms (one being a King which we appreciated) and 4 total beds.

  - The freezer is connected and functional, but the missing filter and amenities like the can opener and mugs are being restocked.
  - While the property is pet-friendly, guests are expected to clean up after their pets. We have walked the yard and will be evaluating pet policies moving forward.
  - Due to the home’s central location, some road noise is to be expected. We’ll include clearer notes on this in the listing for future guests.
