The owners were responsive and available for the couple questions we had during our stay. As the title mentioned, they have ac units and opening windows now, our stay was comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the space, amenities, kitchen & appliances, kitchen gadgets, games, movies and view. It felt clean and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels and washer & dryer. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. It was also fun to watch humming birds and see wild life occasionally cross the yard (35 wild turkeys, bunnies, fox). The one downside was the lack of air conditioning. I thought we'd be ok with cold air at night cooling things but old windows (that we were told not to open) along with big paned windows that allow the sun to heat the inside and don't allow for airflow through the house made it pretty miserable each evening/night. There are lots of fans (ceiling & freestanding) but no way to draw in cold air on the upper level in loft and few working windows on the main level. Owners said new windows are on back order but even new windows won't allow cool air to flow past bunks in loft area so it will still be hot up there. I think it might be a perfect place to stay anytime except summer.

Beautiful Property, clean, roomy, fun for the whole family. The yard worked well for playing games, close to Bear Lake for boating, enjoyed the time we spent there.

The cabin and grounds were wonderful. The interior was clean, inviting and worked well for our family of 12. Everything was fully stocked and ready for our use. The only drawback was that there wasn't any A/C. I would recommend this cabin and will most likely stay there again.
