Stay in cedar rapids
5/5 The owners were great. The home was perfect. It was clean, well kept, spacious and the bonus was there were deer un the back yard. I will definitely stay with evolve and this home ow er again when un cedar rapids.

5/5 This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and the owners included amenities above and beyond. Owners were wonderful to work with. We had no problems at all.
In addition to the large well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, one of the best features of the house was its generous back yard with woods at its periphery. There are large windows in the dining area and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view.
We will be back!
Magazine worthy, clean gorgeously decorated
5/5 We stayed for a few months while our new home was being built. The sunroom was perfect for relaxing with some extra sunshine indoors. The beds are ultra-comfortable compared to so many places we’ve stayed! We had some small requests the owners were very accommodating! It didn’t take us long to feel very much at home which was nice! Our friend was able to visit with ease thanks to the Ramp & handicap accessibility. Our boat & trailer fit in the driveway. Loved the kitchen, large dining table and big yard! So clean! The large jetted soaking tub was a bonus too! Quiet street close to everything we wanted or needed. Couldn’t ask for more at an unbeatable price.

5/5 My family and I had a great stay, thank you Ron and Chassy for being wonderful hosts. The house was just as expected, very clean, great location, and very nice decor in the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more :) It was super comfortable! We will definitely stay again, thank you again!
