You'll love being ten minutes from Ko Olina, home of Disney's Pacific playground, where you can enjoy the calm waters of the many protective lagoons, plus enjoy culinary delights and a Luau at Paradise Cove. Use the snorkeling equipment to dive at Electric Beach, a protected underwater garden (eight minutes away). Go searching for the Nanakuli mermaid caves on the way. At the western end of the highway, enjoy a five-mile level hike along the cliffs to the sand dunes at the Kaena Point State Park tip. Get up early and hike the 1200-foot-high Pillbox trail and look down on the Shell House.
