- The property is located in Kona Ali'i
- The name of the property is 'Sunsets & Tradewinds'
- There is no bus to get to town, but taxis and Uber/Lyft cars are available at the airport. The building can be accessed by foot (or rideshare/taxi) from Kuakini Highway

CAR DIRECTIONS
- Turn right onto the highway from the airport, then turn right off the highway onto Henry St
- If you want to stop to buy groceries, watch for the sign to the Safeway on the right. If not, continue down Henry St, then turn left at the next traffic light onto Kuakini Hwy
- After Hualalai St, turn right into the driveway after the Islander complex, then you will see the sign for the building, Kona Ali'i
- The driveway splits; take the left-hand side down to the short-term parking spaces. You may park there only while you unload luggage and/or groceries
- If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there will be a gate across the driveway, and you will need to push the gate open to go the rest of the way down to get the keys
- Go back up the driveway, closing the gate as you leave, and make a U-turn before the highway into the upper lot. The reserved space is marked 305, and it's located on the right side

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The keys to access the property are located inside a lockbox, which is in the hallway at the bottom of the building (across from the parking spaces and next to the mailboxes). It is the second from the top on the far left, closest to the mailboxes. The code is 6879
- If you have a car, go back up the driveway, closing the gate as you leave, and make a U-turn before the highway into the upper lot. The reserved space is marked 305, and it's located on the right side. From the parking structure, you'll need to unlock 2 doors with the square-headed key. When inside, go up the 3 steps, and you'll be on the 3rd floor. Go all the way down the hallway to Unit 305 (on your right)
- If you don’t have a car, proceed around the corner into the lobby and take the elevator up to Unit 305
- To open the glass doors to the elevators, use the square-headed key
- If you are a late arrival, please carry your suitcases as the noise of rolling suitcases may disturb other guests/tenants
- To the right of the elevator in the lobby is a form for you to register so that management knows the unit is occupied. Please fill this out and leave it in the box as soon as possible
- Once in the condo, please read the laminated house rules
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
