Quiet & Comfy
5/5 This rental is perfectly located- blocks from the buzz of downtown Kona, yet quiet and private. Our party of two adult couples had plenty of room in the unit, the lanai, and the pool, which was lovely.

A Lovely Space
5/5 Our family of 4 had the most wonderful stay at this rental! It was quiet & peaceful (which can be a challenge in Kona). The unit was clean and spacious. The pool was a welcome addition- so relaxing! The grounds were gorgeous, and it was an easy stroll to the sunsets and bounty of restaurant choices on Ali'i Drive.
The property manager for this unit was prompt in answering our questions, and very friendly and helpful. (Alycea*****)

Big cute place with walk ability
5/5 Good size bedrooms with fans. A/Cin living room. Large kitchen with everything you need, however, we only used frig as this is vacation do no cooking.
You are within a mile walk down the road from Ali'I drive with all the shopping and restaurants. Also Walmart about 2 miles drive.
It is a quick right into the buildings parking lot after the stop lights to the market shopping center. The first building is B the next is A. Parking starts with B then C then A. The space is on left by trash bins.
You will love the accessibility to everything. If we ever come back we would stay there again.
