I was surprised at the level of cleanliness...primarily the bathroom area. The rugs needed cleaning and the shower tiles/grout were not "sparkling". The towels could use replacing. The bedding (top blanket/quilt)on the Murphy bed was cute and went with the seaside theme but very old and "fragile". Only one set of sheets for a 10 day stay, unless we were supposed to launder them. The bed WAS very comfortable.

This property was perfect for me as I didn't have a car. It was walking distance to whatever I needed. I came to Kona from Maui where I live to do some scuba diving and since this unit was on the first floor, I didn't have to haul diving equipment up the stairs. It was also walking distance to Jack's Diving Locker -- the company that I went diving with.
