I and my fiance stayed here for several weeks through December '21 and January '22. It was a very spacious and comfortable home away from home.
In terms of the building, it was a mature, quiet residential space (i.e. great if you want a quiet family stay, not a busy resort). Building staff were all helpful and courteous. The building itself has the largest residential pool in Waikiki (so I read) along with hot tub; throughout our stay it was generally never too busy which made for relaxing use. There's also an area on the pool deck with outdoor grills which could be reserved, but we did not use these.
The apartment was very comfortable, particular mention for the 85" TV which added a new dimension to Netflix.....nicely equipped kitchen (with washer/dryer tucked away in a cupboard), comfortable bedrooms and a nice chaise sofa with pullout sofa bed so everyone can put their feet up.
I'll keep it short - it was a really comfortable place to stay if you're looking for somewhere that's more home than hotel, but with some added resort facilities by way of the pool and a gym which is free to residents. Being on the edge of Waikiki it's nicely away from the thickest tourist crowds but easy walking distance to them, and also to Ala Moana Center (the largest mall in the state). The owner was also very responsive to questions although for the most part after arriving we didn't have many of those!
