  • Ran into some Hiccups…

We had no hot water the first day of our stay.I contacted the manager that night and he got back to me the following morning. He came out to the property and said he would have you get a hold of a plumber, in which he did! The water heater was replaced! There were no cushions for the metal chairs on the back porch, and the gas table on the back porch was completely out of propane. There was no central heat, however the fireplace did work, and heated the entire house. Cute little home however our stay was just, Ok…

    Manager's Response:

Jasmine, thanks for staying with us. We're sorry you encountered a few issues that had a negative impact on your stay.

    - We're sorry you had no hot water on your first night of stay. As soon as we were notified of the issue, we contacted an emergency plumber and he replaced the hot water immediately.

    - The home is older but has been remodeled. There are wall units in each bedroom, along with a unit in the living room and a gas-log fireplace to ensure the house is well-heated.

    - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay in regard to the propane tank, we would have done everything we could to resolve the issue immediately so that you could enjoy your stay.

    - The outdoor chairs have cushions that are kept inside so they don't get dirty. We store them in the closet when they're not being used. We did include these details in the guest handbook which acts as a guide for all the specifics needed while in our home.

Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

  • The sweetest getaway (and so clean!!)

This property was a dream come true! My partner and I both agreed that this was the cleanest property that we've stayed at, not to mention that the interior is styled so well! It truly does live up to the pictures (and beyond). The location of the property is right in the middle of Hiawasee and downtown Young Harris. It is about 5 min from Crane Creek Vineyards, beautiful vineyard in the mountains, and 8 min from Sand Bar & Grille, which is a fun restaurant right across from the water. I can't recommend this place enough!

  • Great for a quick hide out

Small but very neat and complete with all amenities. Location doesn't provide much in the way of views, but it's a sweet little home.

  • Nice but not if you are towing a trailer.

Very nice , clean cabin in wooded, very hilly area. Convenient to all area attractions. Need to navigate narrow winding road to get up to cabin. . Well stocked, except short on dishes. Nice appliances. No table or chairs to eat meals inside. Grill was dirty, without any brush or steel wool to clean it. All in all , we enjoyed our stay.

    Manager's Response:

Response from owner: "Hi! Since this is a small cabin with a well equipped kitchen and table and chairs outside, we feel like putting a table and chairs in the kitchen would make it look cluttered. Not sure why the grill was dirty but we'll take care of that right away! Thanks!"

  • Nice mountain getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was quiet, relaxing and very clean. Would stay again.
