Wonderful stay
5/5 There were six of us staying in the house. There was plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. The location was within a few blocks of the beach very convenient to walk to. The listing does warn about the stairs and you should take heed to that. We certainly got our exercise in :) The neighborhood was very quiet, just a relaxing place to stay.

Perfect Getaway!
5/5 This house looks exactly like the pictures! It is decorated beautifully and close to everything that you could need! The outdoor shower did not work, but we didn't really need it that badly anyway. The island is adorable and this house is perfect!

Adorable Tybee Rental
5/5 Loved our sisters trip to Tybee. House had plenty of room for the 3 of us and the furnishings and decor are adorable. So beachy!! We loved it. Our management contact at Evolve was quick and efficient in addressing any concerns. Perfect location for beach, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this rental.

Family Beach Vacation Get Away
5/5 First time to Tybee Island GA and we all had a great time. House was clean, spacious, modern and so comfortable! We loved the 2 porches and the huge and fully equipped kitchen. The beach was about an easy 3-4 block walk. It was a peaceful. clean and beautiful beach where we went to see the sunrise, swim in the waves and water that felt warm in July, and enjoy more beach time after dinner for kite flying, more swimming or a walk on the beach.Surf shops and restaurants are walking distance. Outdoor shower at the house came in handy to rinse off sand. Everything was perfect!! Savannah is an easy to drive for a visit there too. Highly recommend a relaxing visit to casual Tybee Island and this beach home.

Fantastic for a girls’ getaway!
5/5 The townhouse was perfect for what we needed. We had 7 high school friends coming from several different states for this trip. We were all able to fly into Savannah and take a 25 minute Uber to the townhouse. The townhouse is adorable and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the large porch the most. We were within a two minute walk of the beach which was a beautiful beach and never very crowded, as well as some restaurants, beach stores, donuts ice cream and coffee. We took a day and Uber’d back to Savannah and toured downtown which was absolutely beautiful! We had a couple things we needed to contact the owners about and they provided very quick responses and were very attentive!
