Best stay and very nice for a tiny place. I loved every detail. Also shopping is very close and trails to hike or walk. I wanted to stay even longer

  • Good Location

The cabin was in a great location, close enough to areas to eat and dine without being in the hustle and bustle of a big city. It was secluded in a beautiful mountain neighborhood that was very clean and quiet. The cabin was very clean and the deer feeding in the mornings and afternoons was a pleasant surprise. If you are a person who doesn't like steep driveways, you may want to rethink your choice of renting this. It has a newly poured concrete driveway, but getting in can be a bit tricky and scary. The offer another parking spot at the top, but getting over the first steep step can be very dangerous and wouldn't recommend using them at night. The cabin was very clean and recently remodeled, however, the craftsmanship in many areas is not up to par and was done either very quickly or very cheaply. The house has a "lean" to it so watch your drinks in the fridge. It's equipped with two sofas that are very uncomfortable. If you are tall, you may have problems in the shower because the roof is extremely low. Water does not get very hot at all. Didn't even need the cold water when taking a bath. Bed was uncomfortable as well. I've stayed in many other units, and have never had a problem with the cleaning fee, but it was a bit much since upon checkout you were expected to clean up, strip bed linens, take out trash and wash dishes. They didn't have much to clean for the fee.Communication with Evolve received a low rating because I sent an email questioning a damage waiver fee. I still have not received an email answering my questions. Hopefully, it's a fee that is refundable.

  • Perfect location. Secluded, but close to everything

Loved the property, and was perfect for two people. Only thing I can think of to let anyone know is that the shower ceiling is super low. I’m only 6’1” and my head was touching the ceiling. Would also recommend parking up top with the colder weather; as stated in the check in pamphlet. Property is secluded, but you can still glimpse two houses through the trees. Only recommendation on things to change is more lighting on the steps coming from the upper parking area. It looks like there were some smaller solar lights, but they don’t work very well/ at all. Overall would recommend to anyone and will stay the next time I’m up near Atlanta.

  • Good location, nice view, and easy to work with

This little cabin is close to downtown Roswell, which was perfect for our little weekend without the kids. The contact was pleasant to work with. The views were nice. It feels like you’re in the mountains! We saw 6 deer outside our window one evening! Getting into the cabin could be difficult if you have any trouble with uneven stairs. The cabin was built in 1927, I believe, so it’s definitely an older building. It’s been renovated very well! It does have a little bit of a smell though - possibly from previous tenants lighting the fireplace or from the plug ins. We enjoyed our stay.
