Family Wedding weekend
3/5 It was a very spacious home for my family of 5. Our stay was for Thursday through Sunday.Overall we were impressed with the nice yard and large rooms. However because it was a Pet friendly home it smelt like a pet friendly home inside too. Maybe a few plug ins would help in the future with this issue. We also we not impressed that this size home came with only minimal towels, pillows & linens. Not exactly what we are accustomed to for a home this size for this many people. The kitchen was very nice and clean but, lacked overall functional amount of kitchenwares and place settings for large families.The exterior needs some work in landscaping and the trash underneath the carport should be removed before new guests arrive each visit. For that reasons we gave it a rating of 3 star. Other than that it was a very nice property , a good value and we had a nice stay.

Disappointing
1/5 They house was not cleaned when we arrived, sheets laying on kitchen floor and number given for house keeping would not answer and mailbox was full. Evolve reached out to rope rt owner and got someone out there. The AC didn’t work with and had to be repaired . Trash was not taken out and was smelling badly..I would not rent this again nor suggest it. I am asking for a partial refund.

Great stay
4/5 Had a little problem with the screen porch being secure, but other than that, a great place to stay. If you have dogs…I don’t recommend bc it’s close to a main road and no fenced in yard.
