5/5 We are a repeat renter of this property. As before the unit fit our needs for a place to stay on Lake Lanier. The property is well maintained with all the amenities we were looking for. Elaine, the property overseer is professional, quick to respond to our requests, courteous and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this unit.
Very cool house
4/5 We all really enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. First was the lights out at 11:00 policy “or the neighbor will come and knock at front door”. It was a Friday and Saturday, so that kinda stunk. Secondly, we were charged a HUGE cleaning fee before we got there. Overall the interior of the house was good and clean, but there were problems with cleanliness on the decks and deck furniture as well as the grill. The grill was so caked with grease that it started a grease fire and burned some of our food before we could contain it. The grease trap was full, and there wasn’t a proper grill brush to clean it up. Overall, very cool house with those exceptions.
