The management company did not contact us with the door code. We had no way of getting in the cabin. I called the guest contact 5 or 6 times before she picked up. I tried to email the email address provided in the midst of that and it got returned as undeliverable. Finally got the code for the cabin. But the gate house had no record of us staying there. Fortunately the guy let us in but that was another call to the guest contact I had to make in order to get that sorted out. Worst, a container of "DampRid" was left in the kitchen on the floor (in a place that was not easily visible to an adult). Within 5 minutes of getting into the cabin, my 11 month old baby crawled around and found it and spilled this open container all over herself. We didn't know what it was or if she ingested any of the little yellow balls which were calcium chloride. The container specifically says "keep out of reach of children". Thankfully, my baby didn't ingest anything harmful, but it was extremely stressful. The cabin itself is nice but the experience checking in and the DampRid open container left on the floor was horrendous.

Nice cabin, close to everything, hiking, food, wineries. We had issues with checkin and the gated community but our contact person answered promptly and assisted us throughout.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was accurate to its listing. Unfortunately the outside of the home was covered in debris and the fire pit area was very overgrown. We had to spend hours cleaning up the back deck and pulling weeds out of the fire pit area so we could enjoy the outside of the home. The deck and fire pit were reason we chose this property. If the outside was maintained we would have had not complaints. Only other thing was there was no remote for the master bed room tv. There was a remote but it was the wrong one and could switch inputs to watch the fire stick that was installed. Had to go to Walmart to buy a universal remote to watch tv upstairs.
