  • Enjoyed our trip

The property was clean and spacious. The layout worked well too with most recreation being downstairs. The power went out our second day there until early next morning, but that’s no fault of the owner.

  • Lovely mountain escape

This cabin was very well-maintained, very clean as well. The entrance is a little tricky on a sharp incline and easy to miss at first, so just be aware if you’re bringing multiple vehicles. We really enjoyed the deck spaces to lounge and hang out. The only con for us was that there is no longer a sofa in the living room, only two small chairs. So we couldn’t hang out really or watch tv in the main space. We didn’t get a chance to use the amenities due to pools closing during storms, but they’re a short drive from the cabin and looked very nice. The area is very remote and secluded, not busy like Pigeon Forge or some other tourist areas. We ate at Charlie’s Italian restaurant one night, which was pretty good, and we did the Blue Ridge scenic railway trip. It was fun, but very expensive and not quite as scenic as we had hoped. Overall, very nice trip. I had a few questions and the property manager immediately responded!

  • Peaceful Family Vacation

Was perfect for the family. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room at our cabin. We cooked out, went to Riverside Pool, walked across the suspended bridge, and played at the park. There were so many deer! They are very used to people. They didn't run off when driving through the resort and would come onto the lawns of all the cabins to graze. I was very nervous about the stairs with my 4 year old, but everything turned out great. He was very careful on them. It was a very relaxing and fun trip.

  • Relaxing and fun filled.

Private resort feel, home came equipped with private hot tub, comfortable deck furniture to enjoy nature (free roaming deer, chirping birds and playful squirrels), and a wonderful array of games to make family memory making a snap. Location was close to a variety of activities like hiking, wine tasting and historical parks. Perfect mix of adventures and quiet time to relax.
