  Donna home was warm and welcoming. Very neat, well lighted and decor was everything.

  The location was great and easily accessible.

  I gave donna a 5 star and will surely be returning to stay there again.

• The house is filled with mildew

  The House was full of mildew and or mold that i had to go to a dryer cleaners to wash all of my clothes including the entire suit case. The house was filthy. Urine on the toliets , dirt all of the surfaces. Baseboards yellow. I contacted the host and Evolve who manages the property and no one contacted me back.

Additionally, we have thorough photo documentation confirming that the home was diligently cleaned before your arrival, and you didn't send us photos of any mold or mildew.
  - We also communicated constantly with you during your stay, and Evolve quickly provided assistance and a refund as a gesture of goodwill, as our goal is to ensure our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay.

• Can’t wait to visit GA again!

  I had a very nice stay for my quick trip to GA.

  The host was very helpful and was available at all times for any questions I had. Checking in was a breeze.They were very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I was very comfortable with my stay. The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures! Whenever visiting GA I will definitely stay here. Thank you again.

• Potential- but a definite let down

  Pictures make it look way better than it is *Dirtiest, stinkiest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Gross. And we've stayed at several. * Smells like moth balls *Hair everywhere, dusty, cobwebs *Sucker stick and lego on rug in living room *Knats and other bugs in all rooms and coffee maker. Be sure to wash coffee maker before using. *There were 2 dishcloths in kitchen drawer, bugs crawling on them. *First 5-6 glasses and bowls I picked were filthy, dried brown stuff on glasses. Had to hand wash as many as I thought we'd use then put them in the dishwasher. *All surfaces-cabinets, inside cabinets, railing, floor sticky. Don't walk barefoot. *Cockroach crawling across kitchen floor, kids are terrified. Huge cockroach crawling on crown molding in master bedroom. 2 other dead cockroaches on Living room floor. *Green sticky blob on kitchen floor by curtains *Master bedroom sheets have dark hair on them, not ours. Blood stain on pillow in living room * So much decorative clutter (breakable) on vanities and tables you don't have space to use them. *Unable to access back yard and chairs unless you walk around the house instead of being able to walk out the back door, which is locked. * No access to a vacuum or broom to try to help clean anything- found a broom in the garage (assuming an outdoor broom, but we used it anyway) Guessing maybe this hasn't been rented since July? That's when the last review was. Needs a serious deep cleaning *Clearly not vacuuming,cleaning or dusting

  Anthony, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
  -Our home is newly renovated and we use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests so we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. We wish you would have followed up with us the owners or with our local property manager to notify us of any issue as the Evolve support team instructed you to do. Without notifying us or the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly.
  -We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual during their cleaning before your stay. That being said, we apologize for your experience and will look into what may have caused it. 
  -We have yet to encounter issues with ants so we were surprised to hear of this concern. We have since followed up with a professional pest control company, and the home has been inspected and treated to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
  -We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. There is plenty of space and storage for guests' items throughout the home.
  -We would have been happy to provide additional cleaning supplies and assist with the back door had you connected with us during your stay. If something may have been missed, and the state of the home is ever not up to our high standards, please reach out to our 24-hour local Guest Contact so that the issues can be handled immediately.

• Absolutely beautiful and welcoming

  We stayed for 4 days it was absolutely amazing and beautiful. She was an amazing host who provided everything we would need. It felt so amazing I kept saying I was going home at night lol it felt likey own home and was so comfortable.
