  • Not fresh or clean…


    The house is old and located in an old neighborhood. It has that stale smell of an old home. I arrived early and the property manager was gracious and let me enter the house 2 hours early. Unfortunately, things went down hill from there. The unit was not clean. I found what appeared to be blood on one toilet seat and the second restroom was not much better. The kitchen needed attention as well. Generally, the house was not what I expected from photos. It was not fresh and crisp. The beds seemed remade. We I contacted the property manager, she was defensive and unhelpful. I ultimately left and stayed in a local hotel. I do not recommend this house.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We have high standards for our property and strive to ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable time. We're truly sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests as our goal is to make vacation rentals easy for everyone.
    - Cleanliness is important to us and we ensure to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Prior to your check-in, we thoroughly inspected the home to confirm that it was cleaned on all surfaces, linen was laundered, bathrooms were cleaned from the floor up to mirrors, and the couches were inspected and fluffed. We confirmed there was no blood on the toilet upon our later inspection.
    - As we allowed you to check in early, we would have expected a call from you sooner if there were issues that needed to be addressed. We would have immediately responded to you to assist.
    You stated that you wanted to move to another property but we shared that we only had one listing. You left the property without a further conversation with us about your next plans. We confirmed that you had left upon review of activity at the property later that night. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  • A mistake


    The whole experience was kinda wild . This is the first Airbnb that I am disappointed with. The first night there the bed I was sleeping in just collapsed to the floor with me sleep in it, literally scared the life out of me . I called the contact person, she did get new railing for the bed but i was to scared to get back into it . Things in the home were not to the best of shape. Just didn’t feel like home like all others I have had .
