Excellent with some exceptions
4/5 Overall this property has a great location near a dog park, hiking trails, air guns, archery, swimming , and live music.Some problems - one tv (none in bedrooms) with no instructions on how to use. No garage door remotes ( Amazon- two for $18, 2 minutes to connect. )Golf cart essential to visit Villages. This one is $50 a day. Either tack that on to rental cost or rent one elsewhere. Mailbox key is in kitchen drawer but what mailbox? (#51). Table seats 6 ( leaf under bed) only 4 plates! Generic realtors guide only on entry. If you can put up with these issues a good place.

Nice South End Home
4/5 The house is in a good location at the south end of the Villages which was convenient for us for easy access to I-75 and 301. The beds are very comfortable, 2 queens and a king, perfect for our family. The Florida room was nice for sitting outside without the bugs. There are plenty of towels and the bathrooms were conveniently supplied with shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer.

Very clean and cozy
5/5 Overall the rental was great! We were here for about 30 days. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Only downfall was that the owners lock the pantry so there is not anywhere to put your food. Not a problem for a short stay but we were there long enough to need a pantry! Communication, once established, was easy and fast! Beautiful view from rear patio for your morning coffee:)
