Nice but...
3/5 The property is nice and comfortable but the kitchen was not very clean. What was most inconvenient was the brown tap water which ruined several shirts. Please install the water filter that is sitting in the garage!

-We're sorry to hear the kitchen was "not very clean." We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the appliances with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
-As for the water filter, the filter you saw in the garage does not work and there is a more effective one that is already installed on the exterior of the home. The water should not appear as you described it so we have spoken with the property manager about this so that he can mitigate any apparent issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

4/5 Everything very nice and clean. Impossible to get in touch with property owner. One of the bedrooms gets very very hot with almost zero ac in it. Showers are extremely slippery so be careful! The rest of the house is lovely. Pool is fantastic and kitchen area is wonderful. Will return, hopefully they’ll have ac repaired in the room by then.

Lovely Lemon Bay
5/5 We stayed at the property during a visit to my parents over 4th of July weekend. The house was spotless and well stocked with a very nice, screened in deck and pool. We'll definitely stay again.
