Beautiful Home in Venice
4/5 We had an enjoyable week-long stay at this property while visiting family. We especially love renting properties through Evolve due to their "Rest Easy Promise". This rental home in Venice was gorgeous inside & very comfortable. The outdoor landscaping needed some attention. Loved the outdoor pool which we had warmed to 86 degrees for an optional fee. Also enjoyed using the gas BBQ, outdoor dining table & the 3 reclining lounge chairs by the pool. Inside, the furniture & decor seemed high-end, & beds were especially comfy. Shamrock Park is very close by & had a nice shaded playground for kids. It was only a short 10-15-minute drive to downtown Venice area & to Sharkeys on the Pier, our favorite restaurant by the beach. Other popular stores & groceries were even closer. Neighborhood was quiet.
South Venice stay
5/5 Clean and neat property located in a great location. We were close to beaches, restaurants and not far from the highway.

Nice but...
3/5 The property is nice and comfortable but the kitchen was not very clean. What was most inconvenient was the brown tap water which ruined several shirts. Please install the water filter that is sitting in the garage!

-We're sorry to hear the kitchen was "not very clean." We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the appliances with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
-As for the water filter, the filter you saw in the garage does not work and there is a more effective one that is already installed on the exterior of the home. The water should not appear as you described it so we have spoken with the property manager about this so that he can mitigate any apparent issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

4/5 Everything very nice and clean. Impossible to get in touch with property owner. One of the bedrooms gets very very hot with almost zero ac in it. Showers are extremely slippery so be careful! The rest of the house is lovely. Pool is fantastic and kitchen area is wonderful. Will return, hopefully they’ll have ac repaired in the room by then.
