5/5 This is a wonderful property if you are looking for privacy and quiet. It was clean and well stocked with useful items for the stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The only downsides are that one section of the building is set up as an event venue so that COULD be an issue. It was not for us. There is no paved drive to the house, you have to drive across the yard (grass) to get to the property. Know that if you are planning on doing things in Tampa, plan for a 30-45 minute drive depending on time of day. Made it to the airport in 20 minutes at 4:30 am and it was a 40 minute drive from the airport at 3:00pm. Get the toll tag for your rental, it is well worth it (express lane rocks!). We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
