  This home is spectacular and in a very quiet neighborhood. When you first drive up, the house doesn't seem that large. But yes it is very very spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms, a large lanai and patio. From the minute you walk into the home you can feel right at home. It had all the amenities that you would need during a stay. We live in South Florida and made our trip up to Tampa to spend Memorial weekend in Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We purposely picked a location not close to parks but not too far away. This home was the perfect location/distance just about 15-20 drive to the parks. Which in reality didn't even feel that long when we actually drove to the parks. Commute was very fast and very easy getting to/from the theme parks. The home is down the road (a minute drive) from a main street which has everything; Publix, Walmart, fast food, gas and a 24 hr Cuban bakery which I highly recommend for some late night sweets and hot food. We drove to Tampa but if you are flying in; the home is just 10 minutes north of Tampa Int'l airport. Although I'm giving this home 5 stars, I do want to point out some minor things so you are better prepared:

  The kitchen has a combo coffee maker; brew and Kcup. There were only 6 Kcups provided and no coffee filters. I guess 6 Kcups would be OK but I wanted to brew coffee and there were not filters at all. So I ended up with a Kcup. Not a big deal.

  The living room rug is a hazard. It is not a sturdy rug that stays on the floor while you walk. It moves with you as you walk on it. We are a family of 5 and each of us walked on the rug to get to couch and we all slipped. No one fell but you have to be extremely cautious walking on the rug as you walk across the living room or walking to couch. Definitely do not run on the rug. Very slippery!! I told housekeeping on departure and they said they would put tape on it.

  Living room couch is not comfortable. We didn't sit too long as we spent all days at the theme parks. But when we got home at night and watched TV, the couch was very uncomfortable and not ideal for 5 people to find comfortable spots to sit/lay on. The TV had Roku so we were able to find something to watch with no issues.

  Only one TV in the house which is in the living room. Bedrooms do not have TVs. I knew this ahead of time so not a surprise. But when you are actually in the house with only one TV, you realize you miss having TVs in the bedrooms.

  There is no grill. I knew there wasn't one so this was not a surprise either. Some people may assume the house has a gill but be aware there isn't one.

  None of these things are deal breakers. Even with some of these minor things the house is beyond great. You really feel home away from home. So I still give this 5 stars! And my family would definitely stay here again :)
