  It was perfect for the 4 of us - well appointed - nice lap pool - close to main route to get to places quickly !! Also it was near to the Tampa International Airport- which is another bonus !! There is a lot of great things to do which is not to far away !!

• Nice place overall

  This was a nice place for my family. It is well decorated and there are some nice amenities provided. The pool area is very pleasant and the beds were comfortable. It's in an older area, that had some cars parked in the neighborhood yards, but that didn't bother us. We did run into a couple of issues. We arrived around 10pm and the house was very hot. We turned the AC down, but it took until midnight for the house to cool down to 80 degrees to even think about going to bed. Also, there were some dead bugs and a couple of live ones when we entered into the house. We were told that they had just sprayed for pests that day and we really didn't see many more the rest of our trip. Overall we had a good stay.

South Florida is a sub-tropical climate and pest control on single family residences can be a challenge at times but we stay on top of it. Your experience still have not have happened.
  
  We will look into the A/C settings, as the Nest smart thermostat should not have allowed the temperature to rise above 80 degrees whatsoever. Thanks again for the review and the feedback!"

• Nice home close to airport

  We visited Tampa for a gymnastics competition. This home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. It has a beautiful pool that the kids thoroughly enjoyed and was an easy ride to the airport for our late arrival and early departure. The host was easily accessible when we had a question. Overall a great stay!

• Worked well for us!

  Most importantly, Shauna was VERY attentive to our needs. We were a traveling party of 3 middle aged adults that spent most of our 2 night stay outside of the house but each night, upon return, knew we would be coming home to a clean house with all the basic amenities we needed and also where we all could be together (we hung outside by the pool). For us this was much more cost and socially effective than a few hotel rooms.

  the pool was fantastic for my granddaughter she loved it started and ended her day there.
