Football weekend
3/5 The venue was very serene and relaxing. The view from the deck was excellent over looking the Lake. The gas firepit was a plus on the chilly morning. Driving in and out, we saw plenty of deer close by, a treat for the ladies.Not that impressed with the house, needs some TLC with interior and exterior doors operating correctly. Bath towels/ washcloths need to be better distributed among the bathrooms. Master only had 1 washcloth.TV watching of football was non existent, due to not having “steaming” information or codes.Host needs to find the fan remote for the living area, we couldn’t, therefore couldn’t use it.Outside deck poses some serious hazards with the stairs and landing area. Definitely not up to code.Fortunately, I had the check in info from websites, as Evolve contact called after we had been there awhile.With all that, our group enjoyed the weekend.

- We recently hosted some guests who moved the remote for the ceiling fan and we have since replaced the remote control, but our AC units function well, so we hope you were able to enjoy them and stay cool during your stay.
- We will make sure the bathrooms all have the same number of washcloths for our future guests. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- Our team ensures all amenities are working before every guest's arrival, however, we’re sorry to hear you encountered some maintenance issues during your stay. If you had notified us, we would have immediately sent out our maintenance company to ensure you could enjoy the property for the rest of your stay.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
