3/5 Washing machine needs to be replaced. It was Very loud and I removed large metal brackets from the tub. There was no warning from Kimberly. When I called her the first night to tell her there was a problem she was aware. I was under impression that someone would be out the next day to replace the washer. When I called Kimberly the second morning she said the washer would not replaced soon and it was ok to use it.
There are 3 hepa room air cleaner. They all need cleaning and new filters.
This is a very nice unit but someone needs to care better care of the property.
Views are amazing!
5/5 All we can say is wow! The apartment itself is beautiful with close to panoramic views of the ocean. The apartment is spacious with all needed amenities. The outdoor space is also very large. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in St Pete, right across from the beach, this is the place to rent. We already can’t wait to come back!

4/5 Condo was amazing. The view and location were also great! Be careful on back steps. They're very slick when wet (it rains daily in Florida).

Great stay
5/5 This place is amazing. Ocean views and balconies in both bedrooms! Literally steps to the beach. Bill was very fast to respond and wonderful to work with.
