5/5 This is an excellent property, that has an excellent blend of beach front, EASY access to the beach, and pool, tennis court and short drives to Saint Augustine and convenience stores and grocery stores. Clean, and well maintained and the owner was always a quick text or phone call away.

Had an Amazing Stay
5/5 This condo is PERFECTLY located for easy quick access to the beach and the pool on property. Our beach time was maximized and the beach was never overcrowded. The condo itself is very well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are modern and have a spa like feel. We had everything we needed and wanted for an excellent stay!
Excellent Experience
5/5 Our group of 8, ranging in age from 14 to 77, had a wonderful week here at Crescent Beach. Unit was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Loved being so close to the beach, able to both hear and see the waves. Everyone commented on how white and soft the sand was. Even enjoyed the storms. Beach was quiet and other visitors respectful and friendly. Had a wonderful last night dinner at Crabby's.

4/5 Overall nice stay. Condo is next to boardwalk to beach. Short walk to water. Pool is next to condo as well. Everything is close by. The condo is nice, a LOT of stairs. Balcony view is awesome. Master bedroom view is as great. We would go back k.
