  Posting is not accurate. States that there is a hot tub and smart TVs, that was not the case. Only one TV I’m the main room, none in bedrooms. Upon arrival, there was not hot water. There is no way to contact the host directly due to it being managed by a company. Sat on hold with an agent through VRBO who attempted to contact the property managers. Still no response after 2 hours. Hot water was fixed by the end of the evening without any communication. Shortly into the stay we were able to make contact with the property managers regarding the hot tub not working. We were told that it was a “spa” and it is meant to be at the same temperature as the pool and therefore not heated. However, the home was in a very nice neighborhood but there is definitely plenty of room for improvement when it comes cleanliness and overall maintenance for the property.

• Fantastic Soccer Getaway with Comfortable Beds and Well-Equipped Kitchen

  I recently booked a week-long stay at this property for a soccer tournament with my family, and I must say it was an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the house.

  First and foremost, the beds were incredibly comfortable. After long days of cheering on our team and exploring the area, it was a delight to come back to a cozy and inviting bed.

  The house itself was quite large, providing more than enough space for everyone in our group.

  With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt cramped or overcrowded. The kitchen and laundry room were both well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and take care of any laundry needs. Having these amenities readily available really added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.

  One aspect that stood out was the attention to detail throughout the house. It was evident that the owners had put thought into providing everything we could possibly need. From cooking utensils and appliances to fresh linens and towels, we lacked nothing during our stay. It's these small touches that make a vacation rental truly memorable.

  Furthermore, the location of the property was ideal for our soccer-related activities. It was conveniently situated near the tournament venue and other amenities we required. This saved us valuable time and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the soccer experience without any hassle.

  Lastly, I want to mention that the booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The property owners were responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly. Their professionalism and helpfulness were greatly appreciated.

  In conclusion, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a fantastic getaway with their family.

  I would not hesitate to book this home again in the future. It contributed to making our soccer trip a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

• Terrible Rental Property With No Help From Evolve

  Where to start?!?! Booked home for 5 days with my family which included children. Arrived to an outdated & unclean property that is NOT reflected in the photos online. Fridge & freezer as well as oven were all filthy and the ice maker & water dispenser on the fridge did not work. Living room & dining room ceiling fans did not work as well as the light in the living room. About 90% of the dishes including pots & pans had to be rewashed because they were sticky & dirty as were the counters. Dead bug (roach maybe?) on bathroom floor and dead flies in kitchen. Sliding glass door that leads to lanai broken & would not lock. Had to use a broomstick handle to keep it closed during the stay for security reasons. Hair found in bathroom showers with film on glass doors. Grill dirty and looked partially broken so that was unusable. Cushions for pool furniture filthy. I could keep going but I digress. We contacted our guest contact who I was later advised is the homeowner. Got his voicemail & left a message. Then an email, then another voicemail all within the first 8 hours. No response to any of them. Contacted Evolve directly the next morning & was advised they would reach out to said homeowner & get maintenance out. Sent photos of some of the issues via email but did not hear back after being reassured I would. I had to reach back out to Evolve myself & played a back & forth, pass around game with several reps, all claiming to be handling the case. One rep even advised that we should have been offered another home if the owner did not respond within an hour of the initial contact. This info was not given to me until the day before we were due to check out. I was then also told that we would be issued a FULL refund due to all of the cleanliness issues and safety hazards, however, we were only refunded the cleaning fee. I have emailed and called in repeatedly to speak with the last rep that issued this refund due to the dissatisfaction in the amount only to be continuously told that she is not available EVERY time until I finally requested a manager. He was rude, did not care about any of the issues that were raised, nor did he seem to care about how Evolve failed to follow through on their own policy to make sure the customer/renter is done right. Asked to speak to someone else & he acted like he was the only manager I could speak to. I will NEVER rent another property through this company as they are dishonest and do not care to uphold their own standards. If I could give a 0, I would. Do NOT use this company or rent this home. You will be disappointed to say the least.

• Good location, house needs work

  Owner was responsive to issues, and we had a few. Pool and property on the golf course is nice. If you have 10 people, which it accommodates, there aren’t enough towels or utensils. House needs a lot of work and a new cleaning company.

  Looks way better online than in person. Property is old and has had some upgrades, but has seen better days. Too bad pool isn't heated. The lanai/patio was pretty dirty and no attention had been given to clean up. The living room had no lamps or side tables, just a massive u shaped sofa thing and a TV.. Oven hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Would not return.
