Very comfortable home. Quite clean on the inside. Clean pool, but cigarette butts on the deck and a full ashtray on the deck table. And it's supposed to be non-smoking!The furnishings represent a variety of tastes from styles in each decade going back to, we think, the 1950s. But the furniture is in excellent shape and very comfortable. We had fun guessing the year of each piece. The management service was unresponsive. When I turned on one of the showers, water sprayed all over from a crack in the fitting. I called and emailed the manager, but got no response. (Still haven't.) Fortunately, I'm handy and was able to replace the shower head myself. I doubt I'll see the $10 reimbursement. Although the area has its conveniences, overall its an old, run-down neighborhood. Narrow streets, loud cars, tacky power lines. Overgrown plant life. This is not the worst property I've rented in the area. But it's not the best.

We enjoyed the home as well as golfing, fishing and spending time with family. There were a few issues but Robin and Becky did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Robin mentioned that they have more updates planned so the house should be even more desirable next year.
The location worked well for us as we were relatively close to the activities we had planned to do, plus our wives enjoyed the shopping near by.
We would recommend this property to a family or, in our case, two couples.
I was looking for a place near my sister (Punta Gorda) & close to beaches, also. While the weather was too cool for “sunbathing” (mid-To-upper 60's), we were centrally located close to shopping & restaurants. The house provided all that we needed & we enjoyed our stay.
