Cozy little apartment, with beautiful view of the marina, great location very close to Marco Island

AC? Heat? Wifi? Check in process? Hahaha...nope to all
2/5 Would rate unit as a one star. Look anywhere else. The owner/manager should not be in vacation rental business. He is much more suited to slum lord. The unit AC never worked from when we walked in room and one window was open.Called and left detailed message of some problems. The manager/owner said didn't know even though he put keys on counter and opened window (hmmm). He told us repairman would be there 2nd day...then no truthful follow up with us AND no AC or heat. 1 window (of 2) had a screen, but that did not help. Left 2 days early as we couldn't even sleep at night from the humidity and heat.Light bulbs missing and burned out when we arrived.Tub is so odd and old fashioned.Updates are few but poorly done.Liostick on a pig. Don't waste money here.Lipstick on a pig.I could go on such as wanting to change reservationdays before no change, but owner manager waited 20 days or so to respond so was past date to cancel.If your not convinced to look elsewhere, you were warned.

Naples weather can’t be beat
5/5 Nice community setting. People were friendly. Pool was well maintained, spacious and the perfect temperature.

Peaceful days
4/5 Peaceful days and nights here at Port of the Islands. Access to a lot of outdoor activities nearby and a terrific pool area. Manager gets back with you in a timely manner if you have questions or concerns. Condo is clean but the sweeping and dusting could be better. We would definitely come back.
