Great location
4/5 For those who are familiar with the 10,000 Island area this is a great location. It is older property and not modernized decor…. But clean, not spotless, has a decent restaurant and a bar that seems to be a local favorite. The pool is one of the most beautiful pools I’ve visited. For the money, I will return, but will try to get an apartment with a patio. I recommend that the management put info in the rooms about amenities, towels, restaurant hours, maybe a menu… that type of stuff. The building we stayed in did not have any type of maid service, so be prepared for that if you are staying more than a couple days.

Great getaway
5/5 This is a great little place. We wanted to stay outside of Naples with less people. It had a nice pool, is located next to the marina so you can take a tour or rent a boat, and still close enough to marco island and naples to drive there when you wanted. The unit itself had exactly what we needed, a kitchen so we could cook our meals there and perfect size for a couples getaway. We took a lot of walks around the neighboring area and met a lot of great folks. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Will definitely book this again when we stay in the area.

Great Location for Birders
5/5 This studio apartment was a good size for my husband and me with a great location for birding. It was quiet and away from heavy traffic. Close to the Collier-Seminole State Park, Ten-Thousand Islands Nat. Wildlife Refuge about 5 miles North (the Marsh Trail Observation Tower is a great place to go near sunset to observe hundreds of shorebirds flying in to roost), Big Cypress National Preserve, (we enjoyed walking the boardwalk at the Indian Village which is about 3 mi. South), Everglades City, and Shark Valley Visitor Center in Everglades National Park. The Room was clean and decorated nicely. Sheets, blanket and comforter were new; plenty of towels. Very nice Roku TV. Mid-size refrigerator/freezer including an ice cube tray, 2-burner stove, toaster oven, toaster, 2-cup coffeemaker with a supply of filters, and a microwave. A setting of 4 dinnerware, plenty of glasses, (only 1 wine glass), cookware was plentiful (one 2.5 QT pot, could use at least a 4 QT also), every cooking utensil you can think of, (yes a wine bottle opener). The apartment is an end unit by a set of stairs to the outside (there is not an elevator). There is a pool that you share with the large Resort (must use a card to enter the pool which is found on the top of the dresser by the TV). We enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to this area would stay there again, as well as recommend this to our no-fuss kind of friends who choose to be outdoors more than indoors.
