We had a nice stay with enough room for 2 families to feel comfortable. The home is an older home so furniture is a little outdated. The property manager was fantastic quick to respond and came out when needed.

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Wickham park was across from the neighborhood which had a dog park, walking trails and free concerts on Friday nights. I definitely would stay here again.
Everything was nice. The neighborhood, the house, the convenience of shopping, but there were a lot of ants in the kitchen area, you could tell one of the blankets on the furniture hadn't been washed (dog hair was all over it), and the trash in the outside garbage was overflowing when we arrived. Very nice property owners though!

I am honest with my reviews. I will tell the good & bad, so let's start.
I'll start with the good: The house was very clean. All appliances work & we got a good night sleep. There are plenty of supplies, so no need to bring your own. They have plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, etc. So you will not run out. The set up of the home is very nice and there was plenty of space. The yard is big and inviting. I don't think that you can say much more than this.
Now the bad: The furniture is outdated & uncomfortable. The sofa in the TV room was very uncomfortable, it is hard and the cushions worn out (not outside fabric but from sitting the insides are not adequate anymore). The outdoor porch sofa was very uncomfortable and felt like I was going to fall to the floor on it. That's it. Is that worth not booking again, no, just know that they TV room furniture, you are not going to want to sit on for long.
Now, also, I wrote the email address of the person listed as a contact on the night that we arrived (we did not arrive until 10:30 pm & it wasn't anything big) but they never said thank you, sorry nothing.
HINTS: The garbage cans are NOT in the garage like it says, they are on the right side of the house (they were overflowing when we arrived but we took them down to the street). The light switches can be hard to find but they are labeled so read them.
I would stay here again, as it was a pleasant stay.
Nice home and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thx
