  We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool which is close to our accommodation and the other guests were delightful. Parking is very convenient, and the beach is a short walk away.Next time we would consider a first-floor unit as my wife had some difficulty with the stairs.

• Cottage feel, great location

  I read some reviews before our stay and some complained about water pressure or the unit itself. Water pressure is fine and typical of Florida. Maybe the shower head could be better. This is a cottage for two. I would not have anymore than that. It has only one bathroom and the sink is open the to bedroom. This is a cottage so dont expect Hilton accommodations or perfection. I am a carpenter so it did bother me that the walls were not finished properly with some bad patch jobs and a bad paint job. Some trim was not done properly and could use some caulk and shoe molding to cover gaps. Could use a new paint job especially on the white trim that had a lot of scuffs and scratches. The property grounds could use some much needed landscaping. Other than that, the stay was nice. I would stay in this area again but probably a different unit that was more updated. I recommend this for couples only.

• Poor Water Pressure, Great Location

  As a previous reviewer stated - the Water Pressure from the Shower Head is abysmal for someone with thick hair. I filled a pot from the kitchen with water from the bathtub faucet and used that to wash my hair one night. We advised the Management Team and they said they would address it. There is a light directly shining into the bathroom which then directly shines into the bedroom unless you close the door to the bathroom - a curtain would do the trick.The refrigerator made odd whirring noises as previously mentioned in reviews - we thought it was the ice maker which did not work...but we turned it off and that did not stop the noises.There is NO washer and dryer private to this unit - it is communal. We believe they have updated the description to note this (and it is not downstairs - there is a unit where someone lives downstairs). The BOOK for the unit did not indicate where the private beach access was, nor did it indicate where the Pickleball in the description could be found. We contacted the management company and they advised us. The checkout time differed between the Book and the online description. The parking pass was not in our unit as was discussed with the management company so we had to go get that the next day.The location was great with Bay Access and Gulf Access. The back patio was relaxing.We would NOT stay here again and we would NOT recommend it to others.

  - The water pressure was tested and found to be functioning properly, but to ensure guest comfort, we have since replaced the fixture.
  - The hallway light is part of the building's HOA requirements, but guests can easily close the bathroom door to block the light if needed.
  - The refrigerator operates as expected, but we will personally inspect it to ensure it is functioning optimally.
  - The washer and dryer are communal and located in an enclosed area nearby, as noted in the listing and pre-arrival communication. We will also add this clarification to the welcome book for better transparency.
  - We regret the oversight with the parking pass and appreciate your patience while it was promptly resolved.
  
  We value guest feedback and continually work to enhance the experience. While we understand this stay did not meet your expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

  This slice of heaven showed no damage at all from the storms last year. The unit was clean, sound, cheerful, beautifully appointed. Outside the odd little landscape detail was still being repaired but this place deserves huge props and respect for recovery so quickly - like nothing had ever happened. Our unit was on the second floor which, as far as I know, was spared anyway. Extra towels and cozy blankets, awesome fully screened lanai with gorgeous garden and palm view, beautiful furniture, great lighting -no crass LED bulbs, just warm and lovely bulbs. The pool and the hot tub were in pristine condition, both heated beautifully. The beach was gorgeous and they provide oodles of loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Impeccably managed and maintained over all and the managers of this unit were fantastic. Responsive, gracious and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!! Can’t wait to go back. FLAWLESS experience.
