• Overall the stay at this address was positive. The home was accommodating and spacious. The stay was enjoyable, and using Evolve accommodations again would remain on my list

  Overall the stay at this address was positive. The home was accommodating and spacious. The stay was enjoyable, and using Evolve accommodations again would remain on my list, but not this address. The issues associated with this location is listed below.

  a. Made contact with the person listed as CONTACT to report issues, but never heard from her again.

  b. Lightbulb reported out on day one in the master bedroom toilet upstairs, it was never replaced.

  c. Toilet top upstairs in the MBdrm was loose on one side, never addressed.

  d. The amount of bathroom tissue provided was insufficient for 7 people.

  e. Floor seemed to have been mopped the same day of moving in from evidence of water in corners, gave the impression of possible leaks..

  f. Carpet is in need of major cleaning or replacing.

  g. Portions of venetian blinds leading to the pool were missing (security issue).

  h. Trash and recycle containers were nearly full on Monday when moving in.

  i. Pillows were missing on numerous beds.

  j. Bathroom downstairs was unclean.

  k. Bench at dining room table was loose.

  l. Dining room table was loose and shaky.

  m. Bed clothes (sheets) on bed were dirty.

  n. Reported panel on front screen door had come out, was never addressed.

We sincerely apologize for the impact these issues had on your experience. Items for your personal use are a courtesy. We did not receive any requests asking for more pillows, 2 are provided for each room and are cleaned with each new arrival. We will go ahead and change the blinds that connect to the pool. We do not have control of how our guests use and manage our items. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you!"

• The house was clean, as well as the pool. The location was good for us, but we were not there for theme parks

  The house was clean, as well as the pool. The location was good for us, but we were not there for theme parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The downside was the linens. No pool towels, and if you were there with the advertised ten people, there would be one towel per person. Also, the bed linens were awful. The fitted sheet did not stay on any of the beds, and it felt like you were swimming in sheets all night. Not the best night's sleep.
