Sports Tournament Weekend
5/5 Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. This property is centrally located for all Kissimmee area sports (30 min drive to anywhere). The pool and hot tub were a great means to relax and cool down depending on your needs. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Plentiful options for food groceries near by. Home away from home is the best way to describe it.

3/5 Overall three stores at the best. Little disappointed as there were only four towels in the whole house. No toilet paper and paper towels in the kitchen. Limited cooking utensils full of hot tub were great. A little frustrated with the neighborhood as there was a lot of parking on the streets, which meant that you had to be very careful driving Location to the Silver Spurs Arena was fantastic

pool hot tub misleading
3/5 I texted and emailed before my arrival to confirm the hot tub was working and that it would be on. I received back a reply yes it is working and good to go. We get there, pump was on (pool still very dirty, which I offered to clean but the net was broken). pool and hot tub both cold. I reached out to management who said that he didnt see we had paid for a "hot tub" thus no heater and that we would have to reach out to evolve. I had already did this weeks ago and they said nothing else was needed. The house is also needing updates and repairs to loose floor tile throughout. If you dont want to do that at least have the ousekeeping clean fans and vents (lots of old dust)..

Small upgrades
4/5 It was decent. Pool/spa heater was not working. Area around the pool could have been cleaned better. Also, bar stood chairs were uneven/unsafe.
