Overall the Magic Village location has the potential to be great due to its proximity to the Disney Parks; we enjoyed that portion. We arrived and the location was not ready at check-in which wasn't a huge problem as we took a trip around the community to find out this location didn't have access to the resort amenities; still not a huge deal as it wasn't why we booked this location. Now for this property itself; IT WAS DIRTY. There were two vacuums left in the living room; both of which were completely clogged with dirt all the way to where the brushes are. Just so that we could live we ended up completely cleaning out one of the vacuums so we could turn around and vacuum the place ourselves (which filled the canister completely). Also, the furnace closet is a slated door that was covered with dust as was all the air returns. It also appeared nobody had ever cleaned the lint trap from the dryer; would have been considered a fire hazard by most standards. You don't expect to clean a place yourself when on vacation or when you pay a cleaning fee; let alone have to unclog a vacuum cleaner. In addition, the ice maker didn't work, outlets in the bathrooms didn't work, very few supplies were provided, very musty smell coming from the hot water tank room on the first floor, and after the second day nobody picked up trash as expected (supposed to be daily). Overall this property could be great with the right level of TLC but we spent most of our time there fighting allergies and cleaning things ourselves.
