    Spent a little over a week at this lovely home in Kissimmee. Home is extremely spacious. The backyard is has gorgeous views with a pond, full of wildlife. Had many dinners on the back patio. We brought out pets and they had a blast soaking up the sun rays on the lawn. You're not to far from Orlando or the parks, but none of the traffic. Great neighborhood, very quiet with friendly neighbors. Place is great for long term stays. Thanks again.

    This property was in a great location, easily accessible. The home was in great condition. The property manager was readily available and stayed in touch. I would stay here again and again.

    This is a beautiful home, in a great community. Pros:-beautiful home, great community -prompt and courteous communication with property manager-comfortable beds-great view of backyard lake-property manager sent reminder texts almost daily about trash, recycling, and move out info Cons:-4 outdoor cameras watching your every move!!!(not comfortable knowing someone can watch my comings and goings; not able to relax out back because of camera pointing directly at back porch area)-cannot control thermostat internally (must contact property manager to request a temperature change)-dining room table and chairs extremely wobbly/dangerous-main bedroom flooring=pinching and tripping hazard

    Cheap, clean & simple. Only complaint would be the master toilet, but I was warned so not too bad. Saw a gator so that’s cool but also scary!
